Debbie’s Dedication in Action
Debbie, a standout member of the Express Team, recently made a lasting impact on two members facing very different challenges. In both cases, Debbie’s approach was the same: listen carefully and provide meaningful guidance.
In the first instance, Debbie connected with a member carrying high-interest credit card debt — some with rates as high as 29% — and an auto loan from another lender. After a thoughtful conversation, Debbie helped him consolidate his debt, refinance the auto loan and even secured a 90-day payment reprieve.
“I’ve never had a bank reach out to me when I needed help the most,” the member said. “Debbie was there every step of the way for me and my family. We’re incredibly grateful for her dedication and the outstanding support she provided.”

In another instance, Debbie assisted a longtime member facing mounting legal expenses from a home renovation project. The member had multiple loans and growing monthly payments. By refinancing over $175,000 in loans, Debbie helped reduce his payments by nearly $600 a month and helped save up to $23,000 in interest over time.
