Mortgages previously serviced by TruHome Solutions, LLC are now serviced by VyStar Credit Union as of August 1, 2025. TruHome Solutions, LLC will no longer accept payments received from you after July 31, 2025.
VyStar Credit Union will service your loan and collect your mortgage payments starting August 1, 2025.
Your mortgage loan will be available on VyStar’s new Mortgage Servicing Platform through the VyStar Mobile app or via Online Banking beginning August 5, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. From August 1, 2025, through August 5, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., you will not be able to make a mortgage payment or view your loan. Additionally, our branch and Contact Center employees will be unable to service your mortgage loan.
You will need to reschedule one-time or automatic payments on or after August 5, 2025. All one-time and recurring automatic payments scheduled on or before July 31, 2025, will not be converted to the new platform. To set up a new payment:
Log into VyStar’s new Mortgage Servicing Platform through the VyStar Mobile app or via Online Banking after August 5, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
Select your mortgage account.
Set up a new one-time or automatic payment.

Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Accounts
Your HELOC will be converted to VyStar’s new Mortgage Servicing Platform in August. Please note that from August 16, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. to August 22, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., access to your HELOC in Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable. During this brief period, your HELOC will be locked, and you will not be able to request any advances or complete any transactions. Additionally, our branch and Contact Center employees will be unable to service your HELOC.
One-time and recurring automatic payments scheduled before August 16, 2025, will not be
converted. You will need to reschedule any payments after August 22, 2025. Each month, you’ll receive a separate statement for your Home Equity Line of Credit account(s), and it will not be included in your standard monthly VyStar statement. Please call 904-908-2424 with any questions.
Home Equity Line of Credit Payments
Any payments made after Oct. 11 for HELOC accounts will need to be mailed to VyStar Credit Union, P.O. Box 41266, Jacksonville, FL 32203-1266, made in a VyStar branch location or by calling 904-908-2424.

Commercial Real Estate Mortgages
Your 121 Financial Commercial Real Estate Mortgage will be automatically converted to VyStar and all terms and conditions that you signed for your loan will continue to apply. After Oct. 14, all loan payments will need to be made to VyStar.
Loan Account Number
There will be a change to your loan account number at conversion. In most cases, your loan account number will be a combination of your 121 Financial member number and the loan suffix (loan suffix can be found at the top of your statement next to each loan). Example: Member number is 1234 and Line of Credit #0001 will convert to VyStar loan number 12340001. If your account number has changed completely, you will receive a letter in the mail detailing this change.
Loan Due Dates & Terms
There will not be any changes to your due dates or terms per your agreement with your 121 Financial loan(s). Please see your existing loan note for details. Before Oct. 11, you can call the 121 Financial Contact Center at 904-723-6300 or visit your local 121 Financial branch for loan due dates and terms.
