1. In process mortgage application updates such as confirmation of application received and approval status.
2. Existing mortgage application alerts and reminders for payments due or payments applied to escrow items.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply with "STOP" to any incoming message. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages regarding your mortgage accounts. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
