Using Your Credit Card Rewards Points

For every dollar you spend with your VyStar Signature Rewards Visa® credit card, you can earn uChoose rewards points. Because they never expire, it can be easy to forget about your points — but don’t let that happen to you. Here are instructions for redeeming your points, along with some tips for maximizing your rewards.

What You Can Get with Your Points

As soon you’ve earned 1,200 points, you can start redeeming them. Use your points for things like concert tickets, travel vouchers*, home appliances, electronics or gift cards to your favorite retailers and restaurants. You can even donate them as cash to a charity.

How to Redeem Your Points

Follow these steps to visit the uChoose Rewards website and redeem your points:

  1. Log into VyStar Online Banking by clicking Log In at the top right of the page. If you don’t have Online Banking yet, it only takes a minute to enter your information and register.

  2. From Online Banking, click Settings/Service in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click UChoose Rewards under Additional Services.

  4. Select your card and click Continue.

  5. View your points balance, which is displayed at the top of the page.

  6. Browse through the list of rewards categories under Redeem Points on the left side of the page.

  7. Click the Add to Cart button for each of the rewards you want.

  8. When you have selected everything you want, click the shopping cart to check out.

  9. Enter your contact and shipping information. Items like gift cards will be shipped to you within a couple of weeks.

Maximizing Your Points

To maximize your rewards, look for gift cards that give you a greater value for fewer points. You can also earn more points by shopping for items directly through the uChoose Rewards website in the Earn Points section. Be sure to read the details of these offers to determine if they are for in-store or online purchases.

*NOTE: When booking airline flights, tickets are nonrefundable and dates cannot be changed. Please feel free to call us if you need help or reassurance before you book. If you don’t want to book your trip through the UChoose website, you can reserve your own travel and then call us to be reimbursed using your available points.
