For Variable Rate Credit Cards: Variable Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is tied to The Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus a margin. The ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE is subject to change monthly on the first day of each billing cycle to reflect any change in the Index. The Index used to determine the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE is the U.S. Prime Rate shown in the "Money Rates" section of The Wall Street Journal on the last day the rate is published in each calendar month (the determination date). The ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE is determined by adding together the Index and the margin(s) applicable to the card type. The margin and/or card type is determined based on an evaluation of each member's individual credit history. Any change in the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE will take effect on the first day of the statement cycle following the determination date. The ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE will never be greater than 18.00%. Any increase in the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE will take the form of additional payments shown as Total Minimum Payments on the statement.
