Recover/Change Username and Password

To recover your username:
Go to the Login screen and select Can't Sign In?
You'll need to provide Social Security number and the last 6 digits of your debit or your VyStar savings account number.
Select Continue.
Choose how you want to receive your one-time passcode and Send Code.
Once you have received your code, return to online banking or your mobile app to enter and verify your passcode.
Select Continue.
Your username will be provided.
To change your username:
Go to Profile & Settings and select Change Username.
In the VyStar Mobile app, you can find Profile & Settings in the More tab.
Changing your username requires you to verify your identity. Follow steps 4-6 as provided above.
Enter your new username and Save to update.
To change your password:
Go to Profile & Settings and select Change Password.
In the VyStar Mobile app, you can find Profile & Settings in the More tab.
Changing your password also requires you to verify your identity.
Choose how you want to receive your one-time passcode and Send Code.
Once you have received your code, return to online banking or your mobile app to enter and verify your passcode.
Enter your new password and Save to update.
