Send Money With Zelle®
Zelle is a great way to send money to friends and family, regardless of where they bank. With just an email address or mobile phone number, you can quickly and safely send and receive money.
Accessing Zelle
To use Zelle, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a physical address in the United States
Have a valid, up-to-date email address and phone number on file
How to Access Zelle from Online and Mobile Banking
From the VyStar Mobile app:
From your account dashboard, navigate to Transfers.
Select Payments.
Select Send Money with Zelle from the options.
On Desktop:
Start from the Pay & Transfer dropdown.
Select Send Money with Zelle.
Making Transfers
First-time Transfer
The first time you use Zelle, an authorization code will be sent to your mobile phone or email.
Enter the code to proceed and you’ll receive a confirmation.
For mobile users, you will also be prompted to grant VyStar Mobile Banking access to your contacts, which will enable you to add recipients directly from your contacts list.
Add a New Recipient Manually
Select Add New Email or Mobile Number.
Enter the recipient's details and Continue.
How to Make a Transfer
Select the person you’d like to send money to then Continue.
Confirm the Send tab is selected.
Enter the transfer amount. Y
You have the option to add a note describing the transfer.
Confirm the transaction details are correct and Send.
Once your payment is sent, you’ll see a confirmation screen. Select All Done to return to the Zelle dashboard.
The money will typically be available within minutes.
