How to Turn Debit Card Off
Quickly turn your debit card off if you’ve misplaced it or there is suspected fraud. You can turn it back on in an instant when you feel safe doing so.
You’ll manage your card using the VyStar Card Control app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Card Control App
To open Card Control right from the VyStar Mobile app, select More in the main navigation, then Manage Cards.
If you haven’t used Card Control before, you’ll need to first register your card in the app.
To do this:
Enter your card and personal information.
Confirm your security code and save.
Accept Terms and Conditions.
Log out of the VyStar Mobile and Card Control apps.
Turning Your Debit Card Off
Open the VyStar Mobile App
Log in using your VyStar Online and Mobile Banking username and password.
Select More in the main navigation, then Manage Cards.
On the My Cards page select the card you’d like to manage.
Switch the Card is ON option off.
