Jacksonville, Florida – Brian E. Wolfburg, President/CEO of VyStar Credit Union, announced the official opening of VyStar’s 51st branch location at 464 SW College Road, Ocala, Florida. VyStar officials held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new location on Wednesday, July 10th, at 10:30 a.m., as well as other grand opening festivities through Saturday, July 13th.

The Ocala branch is one of VyStar’s new branch design concepts. The design combines a fresh look with enhanced technology intended to increase efficiency and improve member experience. The Ocala facility has four teller stations, five member service offices, three drive-thru lanes, one drive-up ATM, and one walk-up ATM located in a protected vestibule with 24-hour access. Lobby hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Drive-thru hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Mireyli Hernandez serves as Branch Vice President of VyStar’s Ocala branch. She began her career in the financial services industry in Puerto Rico, working her way from a teller to a regional level supervising position. About five years ago, she brought her knowledge and experience to the Ocala area, and is now happy to be working at VyStar. Mireyli says, “I was taken away by VyStar’s vision. Having a son in the military, I love that VyStar helps military families and I am excited to contribute to that effort.” Mireyli and her team are looking forward to serving local families and businesses in the City of Ocala.
