VyStar supports over 500,000 active users across our digital banking platforms, allowing you to check balances, move money, set up and manage alerts and so much more, all while on the go. As this volume continues to grow, we are proud to share that our digital banking platforms remain highly reliable, with an impressive 99.81% uptime in 2024.

Additionally, we have been recognized by Finalytics.ai for offering the best digital experience among credit unions.  The VyStar Mobile app continues to provide a seamless experience for managing your finances. We're proud to share our app holds a 4.8 rating on the Apple App Store and a 4.7 rating on Google Play. If you haven’t used our app in a while, you can enjoy all the benefits it offers today.  Our online banking and mobile app are truly outstanding, offering convenience and flexibility to suit all preferences. They complement our extensive branch and ATM network, which are larger than most other financial institutions in the region, ensuring you get the best of both worlds. Technology Enhancements

We're constantly improving our services to make your experience more convenient. Here are some recent advancements:  

  • Member Video Chat: Over 20,000 members have used our new secure video chat for personalized assistance, saving valuable time.  

  • New Data Center: We successfully transitioned to a new data center with faster and more modern hardware, improving the experience you have in any interaction with VyStar.  

  • Transaction Processing: In order to provide our members with a world-class banking experience, we enhanced our batch processing to 7 days a week, including holidays. This ensures we can offer and better support the real-time money movement needs of our members without delays. 

  • Mortgage and Home Equity Platform: With this enhanced platform, members have more self-service tools than ever before. You can make payments, view educational materials on your escrow analysis, obtain a payoff quote, submit requests directly to VyStar and more. We are confident members will continue to see great value in this platform.
