Updated Hours of Operation

With fewer members visiting our branches and calling our Contact Center on weekends, we are adjusting our hours of operation for select branches on Saturdays and our Contact Center on Sundays. This will enable us to redistribute staff resources to provide better service during peak times for our members.

New Hours for Select Branches


Beginning Friday, May 3, our new branch hours, including lobby and drive-thru, are: 

  • Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

  • Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  

  • Closed on Saturdays 

While we're making some changes at select branches, we still have many branches open on Saturdays. Please use our Branch Locator to see the current hours for every VyStar branch.

Contact Center Updated Hours


Beginning Sunday, April 28, our Contact Center will be open Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., excluding holidays. VyChat will continue to be available every day, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

You can also access your accounts anytime, anywhere with our Online & Mobile Banking. It’s easy, convenient and secure, whether you’re on a computer or smartphone.
