VyStar Named One of Computerworld’s Best Places To Work in IT for 2020
VyStar takes pride in being recently named to the IDG Insider Pro and Computerworld 2020 Best Places to Work in IT, an annual feature that since 1994 has ranked the top 100 work environments for technology professionals. The list was based on interviews with IT professionals and responses to a comprehensive questionnaire that included categories such as employee benefits, career development, training and retention.
Our employees work with advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, data analytics, cloud technology and more. In our newly renovated IT workspaces, we have created an Innovation Lab, Agile Space and multiple areas designed to foster collaboration and innovation. IT team members enjoy the ability to participate in challenges to augment their skill sets. They also have access to online classes where they can earn certifications and learn more about technology, providing them the resources they need to offer our members the best products and services.
VyStar is proud to offer additional programs for our employees including:
Tuition reimbursement - VyStar supports the academic growth of employees through reimbursement for qualified tuition expenses up to $5,200 annually.
Professional growth - Throughout VyStar, we offer opportunities for on-the-job training, professional certifications, and personal development courses online through our VyStar Learning Center.
