VyStar’s Reloadable Prepaid Cards Are Being Discontinued
Reload & Spend Visa® Prepaid Card (RSVP) and Reloadable Student Visa Prepaid Card are being discontinued.
Effective Dec. 28, 2020, your RSVP card will not be reissued once it is expired or if it is lost or stolen. However, you can continue to reload and use your current RSVP card through its expiration date, which is embossed on the front of the card.

How to Dispute a Charge on Your RSVP Card
If a charge was made to your RSVP card in error, you can dispute it by following these easy steps:
- Log in to the reloadable card website.
- General RSVP card login
- Student RSVP card login
- Click on “Raise Dispute.”
- Complete and submit the dispute form.
Alternative Options
- VyStar’s Visa Debit Card can be linked directly to your checking account and used wherever Visa is accepted. You also have the ability to set account alerts and receive rewards.
- Visa Gift Cards are available at all VyStar branches and sold in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100 and $200.
- A VyStar Savings Secured Visa Card is a credit card backed by funds from your savings account that can be used to build credit.
