Push Alerts*
Push alerts automatically notify members of specific events on their mobile device*—like when your account balance has reached a specified level or if your login password has been changed—even when you are not using the VyStar Mobile Banking App. When your device receives a push notification, VyStar Credit Union’s icon and a message appear in the status bar for Android devices and in the Notifications window on Apple devices.
Some of the new push alerts that you can receive include:

How to Add a Push Alert in Mobile Banking
Push alerts can be set up in Mobile Banking by following these simple steps:
- Log in to Mobile Banking using the VyStar Mobile Banking App.
- Click the “More” icon and select “Alerts.”
- Click on the type of alert you want to set up.
- Select an account from the list provided.
- Go to your phone settings and ensure the Notifications for the VyStar app are set to "On."
